I’ve got your back! Step into The Edge of Zen—your ultimate mid-week pit stop, where we’ll push the boundaries of zen. For just 35 minutes each week, I’ll guide and teach you many modalities of energy-balancing, and mindful chill-out techniques (aka breathwork). Plus, I’ll share fantastically harmonizing food and health tips to support your nervous system and help you feel calm as a cucumber.
I’m here to help you slam the brakes on stress, conquer overwhelm, reduce anxiousness, quiet the mind looping chatter, and tune into the rhythm of your inner peace.
