Can you answer my 10 Second Poll real quick? Plus, I've got a free ticket op Inside

Hi,

Can you help me set a date with this 10 second anonymous Google poll right now?

I'm a goal oriented gal who likes to deliver. Not disappoint. It's a crummy feeling I want to avoid. Having a date on the calendar sets the focus forward.

What's this about?

The poll is to guide a popular vote date and time to host the beta workshop on children's health I announced I was pre-selling in my previous email. This yet-to-be titled, live 90-minute class is super close to having an official title as I flush out a few ideas. (Minus the tagline and subtext) one so far is: Brains, Bellies and Big Feelings.

If you haven't pre-registered for the beta round class, go here. (No fancy landing page yet)
If you missed the last email where I spoke of this, read here.

I'm prancing around in my dancing feet in front of you as if I'm at the starting line of a race ready to have the Zoomies once you say, "Yes, Angel, I want to know all the things you have to share to help me take sovereignty over my family's health" and soak in the wisdom along with the playbook, The Art of Living Well - Children's Edition, full of practical knowledge, tools and reference guides to simplify my pantry, the plate, and my life.

But, I can't do that if there's no one to tell all this great stuff I'm hanging onto, to. Therefore, I'm giving you, Reader, a chance to earn a free ticket on the guest list. Or, you can gift your VIP spot to someone. If you live in Los Angeles or any major city, you know, no one likes to stand in line 😂

Here's how you can earn a free ticket. 🎟️

In your head or out loud, name two friends, co-workers, or family members with children ranging from in the womb to teens. Now, forward this email and invite them to grab their ticket and join you. (Or, just grab yours, but sharing is caring.)

When you refer 2 people that sign up, reply back with their names. When I see they've enrolled, you'll be on the VIP guest list 😊. My thank you for helping spread the word toward better global health toward raising the future generation of mindfully healthy adults.

Here's a few reasons to join:

  • We'll talk about the how and why of common child diagnosis', dis-eases and development issues; what you can do to be proactive in prevention. Or, what you can start to do if its already happening.
  • Learn how to have less tantrums, mood swings and blowouts. Trade for socially engaged, happy, less fearful children and more balanced hormonal teens that are focused.
  • Discuss cues you can see on your child's face about their current health so you can help them.

Here's an early bonus clue and common symptom I see on many children and teens -- persistent Rosacea. We're not talking healthy natural glowing pink skin. But something that can range from subtle red rash like covering the cheeks/side of face, all the way to more raised papules and pustules, visible blood vessels to thickened skin.

The cheekbone area is associated with the heart (emotions), small intestine and stomach (organs and physicality). This may signify an internal weakness and imbalance in those areas suggesting small intestine and stomach damage aka leaky gut--everything coming in, is leaking out aka malabsorption.

Most of my life, I’ve seen persistent pinkness and redness in my face—better some days (when I eat well), worse on others. I often covered it with foundation just to avoid seeing it. But as I’ve focused on healing my gut—and there's still more work to do—I've seen a major difference. Strengthening my gut lining and improving nutrient absorption has visibly reduced the redness. Now, I often go without makeup and actually prefer and love the natural look of my face now.

I’ve seen this firsthand on my own grandson’s face over time. No judgment—his diet mirrors that of many busy American families trying to keep up: processed, packaged foods; meals microwaved in plastic; and a steady stream of refined sugars, flours, oils, and preservatives. Even so-called “healthy” granola or fruit bars often serve as breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks. These foods offer zero nutrient density—stripped of enzymes, trace minerals, glucose, healthy fats, and more—damaging the developing gut biome. Add in toxins and glyphosate, and you’ve got a recipe for gut-brain disruption, nervous system injury, and cellular stress. Then another player enters: the neurological feedback loop that drives cravings for more of the same. Voilà—now you’ve got a “picky eater” with frequent digestive issues, behavioral challenges, and lack of focus. Left unaddressed, this cycle can cement poor habits for life—turning a child into another health statistic.

Let's help get this on track -- inside the class.

What's on their plates, is in their guts, brains, and nervous system. It affects just about EVERYTHING! Let's prevent proactively, anxiety, depression, mental health issues, rule out learning and developmental delays.

Sleep is already hard as a caregiver—why not make it a little easier knowing you’re equipped with real, usable health insight?

Still on the fence? Chew on this:

  • Over 50% of American children now have at least one chronic illness. Autism rates have skyrocketed since the 1980s.
  • And 80% of disease starts in childhood and shows up later in life—painting a grim picture for our kids' futures.
  • Obesity is now the second leading chronic condition in children, alongside a growing list of others: asthma, ADHD, autism, autoimmune issues, GI disorders, learning delays, childhood diabetes, epilepsy, and more.

Seriously?? I was born in the early ‘70s—and we weren’t seeing anything like this. Obesity was rare. You didn’t hear about these widespread, acute health issues. Now, I see child after child who just doesn’t look well.

Ask yourself: What exists now that didn’t when you were born that could be impacting your family’s health?

For me, it’s simple—single-use plastic water bottles filled with poor-quality water and toxins. That alone didn't exist then, and it’s just one example of many.

See You On The Inside
