I felt called to reserve quiet time and space for you to breathe into calming, soothing, silence and chat about helpful healthy tips to make your days and weeks feel manageable and cozy.

For just 35 minutes each week, I’ll guide and teach you many modalities of energy-balancing, and mindful chill-out techniques (aka breathwork). Plus, I’ll share fantastically harmonizing food and health tips to support your nervous system and help you feel calm as a cucumber.

I’m here to help you slam the brakes on stress, conquer overwhelm, reduce anxiousness, quiet the mind looping chatter, and tune into the rhythm of your inner peace.
