In recent years we've seen the onslaught (all good trends with new advances) about the microbiome, gut/brain connection, metabolic health — most of the information out there doesn't truly address the fundamental understanding of what's happening, why, and how to fix it. They just tell us there’s a connection.
Yet we’re still dealing with chronic discomfort, weight management issues (loss & gain), fatigue, inflammation, thyroid matters, mental health challenges, and so many other chronic dis-eases.
Let's cut through all that chattery wellness noise and get to the "Why!" Connect those dots, bring in new research, exciting paradigm shifts, along with sciences bio hacks. Some of what shall be covered is going back to body basics, our biochemistry, root cause analysis, cellular health, microbiome insights, with some emphasis on root causes of mental health, energy as medicine, and other related concepts.
My goal for our time together when the class launches will be simple: to be informative, illuminating, educational, and empower you with a totally different approach and thought toward true health.
Additionally, equip you with tangible resources, actionable steps, discussions on wellness practices, and empower you to get started on your own health routine. (And, the why we don't stick to one.)
It'll be structured. We'll meet live once a week for four weeks, with 2-3 bonus pop-up hours w/guest expert deep dives and live on-screen Q&As.
My plan is to commence the class sometime in July and wrap up before the back-to-school rush.
