Lots of Big News!

As we transition into a new year, I wanted to share some significant personal milestones and, more importantly, announce an exciting venture that has been a long coming labor of love and passion for me.

In 2022, my daughter joyously tied the knot, and the that same year brought the incredible blessing of becoming a grandparent to a wonderful grandson. Amidst joy, farewells to both my beloved dogs and a 40’ Skoolie bus project still in progress added complexity.

In pursuit of a fresh start, I relocated to a charming small town nestled in the Columbia Gorge of Oregon, boasting tons of great motorcycle roads. This move allowed me to purchase my first home, providing ample space for expanding an endeavor in Spring 2025 to open a public thermal cycle spa and wellness retreat.

For the first time in my diverse career journey, I find myself standing on a path that resonates with purpose. After exploring conventional careers that left me unfulfilled and ill, I've finally stepped into a space that feels natural and authentic. Life after 50 just keeps getting better!

The big news: I've opened my online wellness business as an Energetic, Metabolic, and Regenerative Health Practitioner with an in person studio soon. Trained with pioneers in their respective fields, mentors and Doctors. This venture stems from extensive education, training, and a deep commitment to health. In the past six years, I've compiled 25 years of personal experiences, embracing trial and error, utilizing my own body as a canvas for addressing issues like depression, systemic psoriasis, chronic fatigue and managing weight gain post-surgeries by dropping 36 pounds in 60 days.

Regenerative Detoxification at the core, emphasizes identifying root causes rather than throwing on band-aid treatments for symptom relief. My approach combines intellectual understanding, practical knowledge, and trained practitioner skills across physical, cellular, metabolic, and energetic levels.

When we work to repair our physical and emotional bodies from chronic conditions and dis-ease, we also experience mental and spiritual transformation.

My passion is guiding others to optimum health in all realms—mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually. A significant portion of my practice will be dedicated to fighting mental health, post-cancer recovery, and other chronic illnesses.

I'm eager to share my stories of overcoming challenges, demonstrating how, together, we can recover from the effects of these chronic conditions and achieve transformative well-being.
